What does everyone think of the Zillow news? I see there are currently 115 Zillow listings in the Denver MLS. This could be an opportunity to jump on these properties that they are trying to dump.

The ones currently listed will go retail. I just closed one here in Denver at $40k below what zillow paid 2 months ago. Lowball them!
