Toledo Agents I have a question about MF
what are you guys seeing in values of 30 to 50 unit older buildings that have been fully rehabbed.. I know location etc.
but would be interested in hearing what a per door value is these days in your fine city.. 20k a door 30k a door 50k a door 100k a door.
my MF in my market are all 200k a door or more.. I have been funding SFR;'s there for years just never looked at MF.
what say you Toledo experts.

Hello @Jay Hinrichs In Toledo, I see the average C class around $30k to $38k per door, a B class around $42k to $50k per door and an A class anywhere from $60k to $100k (Depending on the area).
