Do you know anything about Beaufort Ave? I'm eyeing a property on the street. I did a drive by and the neighborhood looks a little rough but typical lower income area. A lot of the houses are fairly maintained and had the grass freshly cut. Do you think this is more of a rental area or could I possibly do a fix and flip?
