Real Estate Agents in Atlanta with Lead Referral Systems?

I'm an investor here in Atlanta. Sometimes I get leads that aren't motivated to accept my deep-discount offers, and are looking to get market-value for their property. I figured I could refer them to a real estate agent here in Atlanta. Any real estate agents here in Atlanta interested in working with these leads, with some sort of lead-referral fee if the deal closes?

this is an interesting topic.... I have also sent letters out to absentee owners and several want full market value which I declined. I thought about asking them if I can list their home. Is there any agent / broker / investors here who have been successful getting listings this way. Calling on fsbos and expires works but at the same time you are competing with many other agents who are also calling.
