Transfer title to LLC

My mortgage broker recently told me that they know a lender who allows clients to transfer rental property title to LLC, but keep the mortgage under personal name. I am wondering if anyone actually did that before.

Any tax issue by doing that, such as How to claim the interest expense, as the mortgage is under my personal name, but the property is in LLC.

Also should I buy a new title insurance and property insurance?
