Hey Everyone, Im looking at getting an investor for my next multi-family property and I am wondering 5-10 years down the road if I were to sell the property, does the Investor get a percentage of the amount the property was sold for?

Hello all, 

I am looking to buy my first rental property and am looking to start by using a conventional loan. The question I have is, is it better to go with a well-known brick and mortar bank, such as PNC? Or, is it better to look at options such as Rocket Mortgagae?
