Sharing some resources for private lending!

I'm looking to get my first deal and raise some private money from my family that doesn't have a deep understanding of REI. So, I spent some time researching private lending and put together a presentation that walks a beginner through how you make money in real estate and how private lending works.

Hi Jared, Thanks for the PowerPoint some real good information. I don't have any real experience with private lenders. I'm currently looking at multifamily properties in the Grand Rapids area. I have done a few single family flips, and buy and holds. I have been running numbers on multifamily properties from the MLS. Let me know what kind of properties you are looking at and I will send you any thing that I think might be a good deal.
