Hi Jared, Thanks for the PowerPoint some real good information. I don't have any real experience with private lenders. I'm currently looking at multifamily properties in the Grand Rapids area. I have done a few single family flips, and buy and holds. I have been running numbers on multifamily properties from the MLS. Let me know what kind of properties you are looking at and I will send you any thing that I think might be a good deal.

Is there an easy application out there to keep track of your rentals? I would like to find an all in one application income, expenses, repairs, vacancy and other information. I have been doing it in Excel.
