What do you consider when looking for a lender?
When getting a loan, do you simply take whatever rate is lowest? Or are there other things you look at?

Competence. The lowest rate, especially if its considerably lower, rarely will be with a competent lender. That ultra low rate doesnt do you any good when they screw up the deal.
