Hey BP Community,

As my wife and I are looking into out of state markets to make our next multi-family or STR purchase, we created a super high level analysis across the US to identify markets that are growing from the perspective of home values, rents, and population growth( from.

Data sources are from Zillow.com/data, US Census Population growth, and ZIP code data sources (example within tabs). Since I cant attach the excel workbook on this post I will leave an image of the analysis to see if this interests anyone. If so message me and I am more than happy to send it via email.

Again, this is super high-level and maybe this is already available in a centralized location somewhere, but wanted to contribute where i can so feel free to take a look or share, hope this helps someone out there on their RE

journey!

Tab 1 - State level Rent Metrics (Zillow)

Tab 2 - Home Value (Zillow)

Tab 3 - Zip code Rent prices (Zillow)

Tab 4 - Zip code population example data (https://www.florida-demographi...)

Tab 5 -  Zip Code mapping (Google search - forgot source lol)

Tab 6 & 7 - US Census Data 2020 & 2010
