How to purchase a property with a LLC

Most banks tell me i need to purchase the property under my name and not under a LLC was wondering if i opened a series LLC how can i incorporate it from liability protection and taxes?

Hey @Alexis Galindo, if you purchase a property under your name you could transfer the title to your LLC. It could trigger the due on sale clause meaning you would need to pay the mortgage off within 60 days. I haven't heard of that actually happening to people but you never know.
