@Michael Smythe all of my properties come from a full rehab. So they are able to pre lease. This is a general post to weed out people.

@Michael Smythe appreciate the feedback. I'm not sure what market you are in, but every Market isn't the same.. the housing market is slowing down for home buyers in my area not renters.

I am looking to bring on new people to my team in Cincinnati we currently have over 88 doors with at least 6 to 10 rehabs going on at a time. I'm looking for a realtor that is well connected in the area and can provide quality referrals in return for compensation and deal flow.

IF YOU ARE ANYONE ON THE LIST BELOW MESSSAGE ME

Contractor- Most be able to show previous work including a jobsite visit, have a crew able to work quickly and efficiently, we give out incentives for completing work on-time.

Property Management - someone who is able to rent our units in under 2 weeks, has a inside with hospital staff, student housing we are looking for someone that is well connected that can maximize our portfolio.

Thank you again any referral from my investors in the area is greatly appreciated!

very true, with inflation through the roof and interest rates going higher it will wipe out the lower class.. which I know at some point they would need to lower rates not counting the resection we are already in "just not announced yet".. but correct it's a gamble
