Insider info on Foreclosures

I have a questions for everyone? If I see a property that shows a price and its being foreclosed but it doesnt share any part of the listing such as address, condition or an agent to contact. I see this on Trulia.

The listing does say that the property is now in the banks posession.

How can I go about to get further information on the property?
