Looks for ways to get rental comps to use in my cash flow calculations?  I am hoping they are accurate.

Thanks,

Rob

Hey RE Investors, quick question, how much cash flow do you typically look for per month for a rental investment?  $300 p/month, $600 p/month or more?  For a typical townhouse where rents are $1400 per month not multi family.

Thanks,

Hi fellow agents,

I have some buyers that are looking to invest in good cashflow properties in the northwest suburbs.  Any areas what are not over priced, with decent rents that cash flow per month of around $300-$600 per month?

Thanks,

@Kaleem Ullah I would say go to a mortgage broker instead of one of the big banks. They can float your loan around to multiple lenders to gain interest. Good luck!
