HELOCs on Investment Properties
HI everyone. I'm sure this has come up before. I have some Home Equity Lines of Credit from a few years ago that I got from Wells Fargo. But the properties have really appreciated since then so I would like to redo them along with another property. And Wells isn't loaning anything to anyone. I've reached out to at least 90 banks and lenders. I can't find anyone who is currently doing HELOCs on investment properties other than PenFed and TD Bank. And both of them have limitations. They both limit the number to 4 and both are pretty conventional looking for W2s. If anyone knows of a lender who does HELOCs on investment properties I would really appreciate hearing who.
Thanks in advance
Jim
