What are some good questions to ask on 1st meeting with mentor?

Hi everyone,

I am meeting with a local real estate investor in my area and want to make sure I am totally prepared when it comes to subject matter. I already have some areas I want to talk about, but I was wondering if any of you have some top tier questions that you discussed, or wish you discussed early on in a new relationship. Right now, just about all I can do is analyze deals and bring them to the table.
