Lived in the Ogden Utah area for 20 years.
Just bought my first triplex in Ogden. 2 1-1 and 1 3-1. Soooo excited to get things rolling, rehab and rent. Need some options for contractors and roofers, rehab partners as well. I have a contractor but he is going to be super expensive. 
Paid $259,000,will cash flow about $900 a month if done correctly. 
Let me know your thoughts please. Thank you
