Okay Bigger Pockets folks, we are moving from Utah to Maine. Can’t seem to find a place to rent in the Bangor/ Ellsworth area. Even willing to do an Airbnb for a time if needed. Will be there SOON !!!! Any thoughts or suggestions please let me know. Thanks 

It was an MLS purchase. Previous tenants were quite destructive, tons of work to do to have it rent ready by October.

Lived in the Ogden Utah area for 20 years.
Just bought my first triplex in Ogden. 2 1-1 and 1 3-1. Soooo excited to get things rolling, rehab and rent. Need some options for contractors and roofers, rehab partners as well. I have a contractor but he is going to be super expensive. 
Paid $259,000,will cash flow about $900 a month if done correctly.

First investment property....this is the Deal. A duplex 2- 2 bed 1 bath, a double wide 3 bed 1 bath, a primary residence 3 bed 2 1/2 bath, and an ADU 3 beds 1 bath. The concerns I have are as follows... the original owner did not receive building permits from the county prior to building additional buildings. All that is on the PLAT map is the primary residence. (An appraisers nightmare.) Also this is an estate sale upon the condition that one family member stays secured in the ADU for the rest of life. Seller will take this off the cost of the property.

Trying to wrap my head around the legal  of the permanent tenant and the appraisal process.

Asking is $650,00 screaming Deal. Rentals are a gold mine in the area.
