Underground Storage tank risks
Hey,
I am about to go into contract on a house and this is what I got from attorney (image). Haven't run into this before and nor do I have much information about what it means to have an underground storage tank. Also that statement that buyer was aware of underground storage isn't true either. Can someone who understands this area better shed some light on what it means to have an underground storage tank? Could it be a cause for concern or become a big liability in future?
