Financing Turnkey Rentals
Does anyone use OPM to purchase turnkey rental properties then use delayed financing to transition into a mortgage right away? How do you make sure to provide your private lender with a return on their money? Is there a better way to go about this without putting down around 20%?

@Colby Burt Yes it could be difficult in that scenario. It's just hypothetical, not necessarily a good course of action.
