What makes a vacant lot sale-able?
I have a vacant lot adjacent to my property in California. The property is in a great neighborhood in silicon valley. It currently has lot lines defined by the City and County. It has it's own APN number. It does not have an address and there are no utilities. There is easy road access and the lot is flat.
- Does the property have to be buildable to sell?
- What makes a property buildable?
- Any reason I can't sell the property as is?
- Do I need to get an updated survey before I sell? Is that burden on the buyer or the seller?
Thanks for your advice.
