I have a close friend who is a real estate agent. She has a handful of listings, im having a tough time on figuring out what loan to get, I don’t have anything saved up for a down payment. Interest rates looks really good right now. Would love to get started. Im currently renting and don’t have a mortgage, and my credit score is around 730. Can anyone help on where I can find a good loan or what kind of loan should I look for, for a multi family (duplex)
