Best place to advertise a portfolio of single family homes?

My partner and I are interested in selling the single family homes we own and reinvesting in medium to large multifamily properties.

Rather than selling each individually I am thinking it may be better to sell as a whole portfolio. An investor would be able to fit the ground running and make some excellent returns.

Where would you recommend advertising these?

Would bigger pockets market place work well for this?

Your best bet for maximum exposure is probably going to be the MLS. It'll feed into other major websites (Zillow, Redfin, Trulia, Realtor.com, etc). For package deals, I've seen agents list the homes individually and mention the sale of the homes are part of a package and are not being sold individually and then list the other MLS #'s in the property description.
