Best Strategy/Source to Sell Family Rental Property

Hi there all! It's been awhile since I've been on here, since my last visit, I've opened a restaurant, done a lot of equity investing, passed my series 65 exam, become a licensed RE agent, and much more. All that being said I'm posting here to help my father sell his 100% occupied 9 unit apartment building located in South Texas. I am located in the DFW region so I can't directly list his property into the MLS down there unless I join, but I was wondering if there were other sources that work best to list this type of property for sale vs MLS. Loopnet?

I'm fairly new to the field still of real estate investing, so any assistance and insight would help.

Cheers,

Anthony
