Hi

Looking at hot markets like South Florida, San Antonio and Columbus and home prices are at their all time peak. Do you guys still buy or wait it out? Are there any markets that can still get a decent ROI?

I've been investing in Columbus, Ohio since 2006. Been doubling down over the last year. Still great pockets with plenty of upside potential (cash flow + appreciation).
