Hi BP,

Is anyone on here familiar with the Murray, KY market? I realize it is a college town, are most multifamily tenants college kids? How is the city itself? growing? Great place to live? What other amenities are located in Murray besides the university? Anyway, any insight would be helpful! Thank you.
