Has anyone begun his/her real estate career by purchasing a property where you were low on cash but has the opportunity where the seller financed the deal and you have been successful from there? Also any down sides to owner financing? Thanks in advance Rob

I love owner financing. The numbers and terms have to work for the deal, the advantage is you aren't stuck in the institutional box when it comes to terms. You can make the financing fit the needs of both buyer, seller, and what the property can support.
