Hey All, I am looking to buy an investment as a primary to move into in San Diego. I am trying to network to find a solid offmarket or wholesale deal for a 3-4 bedroom residential in the northpark, southpark, balboa area or even other up and coming parts of San Diego. I would appreciate inights/thoughts. thank you
