Hi All, I am looking to invest in some out of state rental markets such as Dallas/Fort Worth. I am looking to find a good single family rental that I can either brrr or turn key and rent out. Does anyone have advice on how I can find good deals out in this area? I live work in Scottsdale Arizona.

Hi All, I am also thinking it would be a good idea to buy on lake Travis for the lake rental opportunity and also for myself and family to use often. Any ideas on good cash flow areas around the lake with venues near by? I am from out of town but know lake Travis and Austin TX in general is a hot area and booming.
