Hello. Can anyone give me a general idea of the cost per sq. ft. for renovations in Lansing, MI? No gut work—things like flooring (hardwood refinish or other types of flooring installation, carpet, interior and exterior painting, kitchen cabinet refinish or install, counter install, window install, bathroom reno, electrical covers, light fixtures, etc.) I know there are lots of variables to consider, but I'm trying to get some general idea—a baseline to work from.
