Is PUD priced as SFR or condo?
Hi,
I'm looking at a PUD with attached with another unit, which have its own land, front yard, and back yard.
Besides that it is attached to other unit, it is pretty much like a SFR. In this case, is this property apprised as a SFR or condo?
Regards,

Typically a SFR, but I have seen them as condos even though they don't have to be.
