@Jack B.

Commercial real estate such as offices maybe collapsing. That, however, comes from chaning work culture such as remote works and not soely from the fact they are in bubble.

I'm wondering how on earth houses could be trashed when people keep needing more house while the buying power of dollar keeps vanishing. In my opinion, what we are looking at is not a housing bubble. It is the debasing of dollar.

Hi my house has been appreciated significqntly according to the Zillow.com.

Obviously it could be inaccurate but I'd like to try if I it appreciates more.

The question is who should I ask to get rid of PMI and how much do I need to pay during the process.

Please share your experience with me.

Thanks,

Hi,

I own a house in TN for a primary residence. I've been offered by my mother-in-law who owns an online retail business in South Korea and needs a warehouse in the US to store goods. And she thought that it would be great if she has a legal ground to benefit us by leasing our garage as a part of the storage for her business. She does not have ITIN, US visa, nor US bank account. In this case, would it be possible to write a lease agreement for this situation?

Regards,

I think buble is not bursting since it's not burble. What we're looking at is not a transitory inflation of asset value. It is a permenent loss in value of dollar. The asset price will never shrink to the old level because fiat currency does not hold value anymore. If there are someone saving dollar to buy property in bargain, they are more likely to be screwed.

@Ashish Acharya Thanks!

Hi,

I have a questiom regarding tax deduction.

I understand the earned income can be deducted by real estate loss (such as depreciation) at some extent.

Then what about stock gains? In both short/long-term, how the tax rule would be applied?

In other words, can I pay less taxes for the stock gains if I have a real estate loss?

Regards,

@Wayne Brooks Thanks!

Hi,

I'm looking at a PUD with attached with another unit, which have its own land, front yard, and back yard.

Besides that it is attached to other unit, it is pretty much like a SFR. In this case, is this property apprised as a SFR or condo?

Regards,

@Shawn Mcenteer Thanks!!

@Brad Hammond Thanks!!
