Ben Bakhshi, I work with a guy from Detroit. He basically tells me now what area is good or not when I give him an address. Said he will even drive by for me.

This motivation comes from me telling him that if I buy a house that he gives me the lead and information, I will give him a finders fee between $500 and $1000 depending on the deal and price of the house.
