Wholesaler-Friendly Title Company
I'm looking for a wholesaler-friendly title company in the New Orleans/Northshore areas. I am also looking for advice on how to go about building a relationship with a title company. Do I wait to real out until I have a deal? Is there a fee I pay if a join a company before I have a deal? I am not as informed on this topic as I would like to be, and I want to have everything lined up before I get my first deal. Any advice and tips are appreciated as well. Thanks in advance for the input y'all!
Thank you,
Isabella R.
