Real Estate Agent Referring Business Only
Hey BP,
I have a friend who is getting his RE License and plans on only referring clients and collecting referral fees since he has a big network. He doesn't ever plan on doing a transaction himself (or want to do a transaction himself). I work with Keller Williams and we somewhat have a program for this, but it still seems more expensive for him than it should be. Do you have recommendations for a place he could hang his license for the absolute lowest fees? I'm in Houston (Katy) Texas. Thanks!
