I've been driving around my neighborhood looking for distress properties once I found a few wrote the addresses in my notebook came home googled the addresses but I can't seem to find the owner's phone number. Each number that I call is out dated. How can I find the most updated phone numbers?        For those of you who are answering my questions and getting back to me I sincerely thank you for your time and effort you helped me out a lot, again thanks!!!

@Remington Lyman and @Marc Rice have really great advice.

I have my mentee @Patrick Drury skip tracing lists with 100’s of numbers. Each owner probably has about 4-5 phone numbers.

@Michael Grigorashenko, how many properties are you looking up? How many numbers are you calling for each property?
