Ok I will, but what scripts would you recommend reading?

So I have a question,I have a list of properties that I'm about to call what questions about the property should I ask the owners and whats the best opening to start talking with them.

Just a update I spoke to a loan officer and he told me what to do everything is on track I should be able to qualify in a couple of months.!!!

What skip tracing company would you recommend Jp Kilduff??

I called on all the numbers for the property that I'm looking at on fastpeopleseach.com but all the numbers are expired what do I do next? I think the lady who owned the house passed away.

I've been driving around my neighborhood looking for distress properties once I found a few wrote the addresses in my notebook came home googled the addresses but I can't seem to find the owner's phone number. Each number that I call is out dated. How can I find the most updated phone numbers?        For those of you who are answering my questions and getting back to me I sincerely thank you for your time and effort you helped me out a lot, again thanks!!!

No I haven't applied for a loan yet I didn't know what step to take next but now I'll contact Chris Wharton thanks so much for the help and advice!!!

Does anyone know any loan officer in Ohio that could help me out? Due to a bill that got my address wrong I didn't pay it. Long story short it was put on collection I paid it off but i need to know what to do next, whats the fastest way to qualify for a FHA loan?

What of the seller agreed to sell the property $100,000 and he owes the bank $120,000 is there a way to buy that property?
