Hello Bigger Pockets Family,

Can anyone recommend a lender that does a HELOC on an investment property? I live in Maryland and have equity in four of my rental properties. I'm trying to find out if its more cost affective to obtain a HELOC on all four investment properties rather than refinance? Any help would be much appreciated?
