Selling a remote property directly (FSBO)

I live in CA and own a property in NC that I need to sell. Given that demand is quite high am wondering if I can sell it myself without having to pay the 6% agent commission. I think OpenDoor etc are some other options.

Wondering if folks have any advice etc on selling property as an owner out of state? Any services that can help. The goal is to keep the selling price high but keep costs low.

Thanks

I think there are listing companies who charge $100 it gets on the MLS

Then you pay an agent an hourly fee to hold an open house and take offers.  No commission fees

I googled it last time I saw it
