Phoenix Market? Overpriced? Stability?

Hi y’all!

Austin Investor here!

I currently own a house in Austin TX and am thinking about relocating to Phoenix Arizona. I would rent out my house in Austin to purchase a new primary residence in Phoenix within the next 6 months.

I’ve been reading several posts/forums about the state of the market in Phoenix. With low inventory levels and house prices on the rise - thoughts on buying in the current market? Predictions on the future market?

Will the CARES act/mortgage forbearance play a role in Phoenix’s market in the 6 months-1 year?

Thanks for your help in advance!

PHOENIX IS HOT !!!

The economy. Real estate market and yes housing is in demand.

Over 230 people moving here everyday then leaving.

If you wait 6 months plan on paying $30,000-$70,000 more.

So many out of state buyers and owners and people that land great jobs.

Our state did not shut down hardly at all.

Welcome.

Are you set up with an agent ,etc?
