Thanks Bruce for detailed explanation. I would like to involve less as I'm looking for passive income not full time involvement. Do you think SFH appreciation continue this year as well ? If yes, I will try to buy another property for rent. So I'll find enough cash flow and appreciation.

Is it good to invest in apartment syndication or buy new construction homes? I'm based out of Texas currently owned new SFH. Looking forward to scale my investment portfolio and cash flow is my goal.
