Title contingency automatic extension - las vegas?

hello.

i ran into a snag in a recent deal because title couldn't make the escrow date (title was unreachable by email, phone, etc) . Seller did not want to extend title. seller chose title company.  my question to bigger pockets is. can you include a contingency if title cannot make the escrow date by any reason that the escrow date will be extended to a further date?
