Title insurance on lands in Indian Reservations

Here's a link to an analysis of a recent US Supreme Court decision that might have far reaching affects.  I suspect title insurers will begin to insert policy exceptions to remove coverage for losses related to it.  I suggest checking your commitment carefully if you're buying land that may be impacted.
