Really long distant investing
I'm somewhat of a newer to REI, I have done a couple deals but currently have zero doors. I want to purchase buy & hold multi-family units in the US. The problem right now is I'm stationed overseas and might be for another 3-4 years. I really want to get started back up again but not sure if its a good idea right now. I have no way to get back to the states and have no boots on the ground to look at property for me. Should I trust an agent, property manager, inspector, etc., on a property? Any suggestions or help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.

Hello AJ. If I were you I'd find an agent that works along side with a trusted property management company. They'll be able to connect you with many different resources. Our firm does that, if you're interested you can write me.
