Anyone else having issues with the rental calculator?

Hi BP. I have been using the rental calculator lately and they added a cool feature that auto fills the property address. It also feeds in tax and HOA information. The downside is the system defaults the taxes to monthly so when I run the calculator, it shows a massive loss. I have to manually adjust the taxes to annually. Anyone else dealing with this issue?
