Split the deed in Pennsylvania - Seeking help
Hello everyone..
Hope you are all doing good and staying safe. Recently I closed a deal in Camp Hill, PA that has two properties on one deed. One SFH and other is called as garage with a 2 bedroom apartment upstairs. Both of them have their own driveway, water, sewer and electricity as it is a corner lot.
Can this deed be split into two individual SFH dwellings? Any thoughts or inputs will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
