TX Markets - How has the Clear Cooperation Act impacted you?

Hey all, just curious your thoughts regarding various MLS associations (Texas at least) trying to bring all off-market properties onto the MLS? I know as a wholesaler, many buyers LOVE that off-market aspect like it is a diamond in the rough they are finding.

Does that boost or hamper your business model (fellow realtors & wholesalers)?

Does that help you find properties, or just drive up the competition (end buyers)?

Friendly conversation only please!
