What Real Estate Documents Should I keep?

Hi All!

I'm trying to reduce the amount of paperwork I keep in my file cabinets and was just wondering what documents do you all keep on file when you purchase a property and when you sell it?

I was told from the title company that the two most important documents to keep is the HUD, and the Deed. What about all the other stuff?

-Seller's Real Property Disclosure
-Purchase Contract
-Duties Owed
-That Big Stack of paperwork you sign at Title
-Home Inspection
-Mortgage Statements / Letters from your service provider
-Letters from Title Company
-Real Property Tax Statements
-HOA letters
-Insurance Statements & Letters
-Note
-Grant, Bargain, Sale Deed

Also, when you sell the property, do you shredded some of those documents you kept when you purchased the property?

Thanks.
