Capitol Gains Tax On Primary Residence

Hi all,

I am getting close to selling my primary home and will be making profit off the sale. It has only been my home for 10 months. I am moving to another city for a job that is more than 50 miles away, so I am exempt to being taxed on the money I will be making. Is there any paperwork I need to fill out before selling the home to ensure I do not get taxed on the money? Or will I just have to hire a CPA next spring to make sure my taxes get filed correctly?
