Recommendations for CRM?

Hello all,

I am looking for recommendations for CRMs for organizing a start up real estate firm. The business is founded on lead generation buy/sell/assignment for building a pipe line with the ability to keep certain deals for rehab/development. The business will eventually have an arm to raise private capital. All suggestions are welcome.
